The service was excellent at every point in the booking process. We were shown into the apartment by a friendly and very punctual gentleman who took his time to make sure we knew where everything was and how to work all the equipment.

The agent, Olivier, met me at the apartment at the time planned, and clearly provided very useful information showing me around the apartment. I would have appreciated a bit more instructions on how to get the shower to work, though the bath was fine. The written information and instructions (on desk) were helpful. The only suggestion I have concerns a need to please clarify (specify more) in the written instructions whether the Wi-Fi is free (included); the link to Wi Fi was provided, but the wording concerning whether free or not was a bit ambiguous.
Also, I would prefer more confirmation (communication) in advance about a ride and driver to the airport on my departure; I was unaware of a change from previous arrangements, that renters are now expected to reserve their own ride with Uber via a smart phone; however, Olivier did kindly help me reserve the ride, so this worked out.
But in general, excellent experience in this apartment and neighborhood.

The reservation process was simple. A few days before arrival we were given a contact name and instructions for arrival to the apartment. The deposit amount seemed high but as soon as we arrived home we were given notice it had not been charged so it was not a problem

Everything from the booking to the directions to actually arriving at the apartment to meet our host and get the keys was very easy and efficient. No problems whatsoever. We would definitely book an apartment from Ah Paris again.

Everything went well apart from some confusion over arrival time but that was sorted out. We were concerned about locking ourselves out, so would have appreciated a more specific after-hours emergency plan.

Could be a bit clearer on the details concerning check-in. I was receiving emails whereas I expected to be contacted on AirBnB where I booked it. The emails were going into my junkfolder and I only happened to see them as I was sorting out my entire inbox. Genevieve hosted us and she was wonderful
