Location saisonnière d'appartements à prix abordables !

I have stayed at this apartment before and it is very much my "home away from home". The new terrace is a massive bonus, as one is able to sit outside and truly enjoy a tranquil environment. Every shop you would need is close by, the restaurants are excellent and the area is excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone.

Great location in the heart of the 6th and very well appointed. I stayed in January but the terrace would have been a great spot for dining in the warmer weather. While offering the full Left Bank experience at your feet, the apartment is only a ten minute walk from the Seine and the Louvre, so really a superb location. It wasn't a problem for me, but should be noted it is a fifth floor walk up. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful apartment and wonderful host! Yves was so great in his meeting us at the right time and was so gracious about making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was beautifully updated and extremely efficient. While it was small, you didn't really notice it because of the layout and efficiency. The location was the best!!!! Right at the lively Rue de Buci which has great restaurants, market and Paul's patisserie (the best!!!) The stairs were a problem for us - not getting up and down (83 narrow 18th century staircase) but with luggage. Yves was so nice and helped us with luggage both up and down as we were 2 women traveling! The only reason we didn't give him a 5 was the stairs (which he can't help).

Appart super bien situé. Très propre. Idéal pour un couple. Près de tout et du métro avec ligne direct RER pour Charles-de-Gaule. Le proprio est très gentil et disponible. Nous avons adoré notre court séjour dans cet appartement. Attention si vous êtes cardiaque. Il y a beaucoup de marches à monter mais Yves nous a aidés à monter nos valises. Que du positif!

The apartment was perfect.

Fantastic location, charming apartment, well appointed and the check in / check out was smooth and easy. It was noisy at night, due to the cafe downstairs, but that did not worry us as we were out quite a bit and happy to hear all the action. There are lots of stairs and the bed is a little low to the ground so that may not suit older people. I would definitely stay here again.

Apt 91 was an excellent place to stay and enjoy Paris! The location is as close to perfect as you can get at this price point. Yves was a wonderful host and was very accommodating. It is 87 steps up to the apt so be ready to climb. The area is lively with plenty of great places to eat right at your door step. The flat is quiet with only mild street noise from below. With the windows closed, you couldn't even hear that. The Louvre, Notre Dame, Pantheon, St Severin and more are all very short walks from the flat (10-15 min easy). St Michel metro station gets you anywhere else you may want to go. Everything you need is there in the apt, so don't pack hairdryers or iron ect... With the windows open at both ends of the apt, you get a nice cross flow of air to keep the flat cool. We were there end of July and closed the windows at night to sleep and were fine.
