Short-term vacation apartment rentals at affordable rates!

The apartment is located near the Belleville Park at the site of the former stables of the Duchess of Angoulème prior to the French Revolution. The stables were destroyed in a fire during the revolution and the stones used to build the current building.

It's a small apartment, constructed in the old Parisian style with parquet floors, exposed beams and inclined walls typical of the top floor. The apartment was renovated in 2013 and equipped with all of the modern comforts.

It has a sunny, double exposure to the north and south. There are three windows in the studio, including one in the bathroom. Everything is tight and compact, designed for vacation rentals, so the bathroom is small, but functional.

The apartment is located in the Oberkampf district, well known for its trendy bars, restaurants and outdoor cafes. You'll also find interesting boutiques and artisans in the area. There are plenty of bakeries, supermarkets, wine stores and produce stores for everyday life.

The nearby metro station takes you directly to the center of Paris, just a few metro stations to the Pompidou center, the Hôtel de Ville and Les Halles. The République metro station is only 600 meters from the apartment with 5 metro lines that will take you just about everywhere in Paris: the Opera, the Champs Elysées, the Bastille and the Eiffel Tower to name a few.
