Location saisonnière d'appartements à prix abordables !

the apartment was plenty of room for four of us to stay. 2 slept in the queen bed in the bedroom, and 1 each on the pull out couches in the living area. the kitchen does not have any utensils for cooking, but otherwise is adequate for simple cooking. the owners were helpful and accessible. the decor is beautiful and it's obvious great care has been taken in making it a warm and beautiful place to stay. the location is great- very close to rue montorgueil. 2 boulangeries around the corner, multiple small grocery stores, many food options. we used the small elevator every day for the older people in our group. the outlet in the bathroom could use some attention, but it is not a big concern. i would highly recommend this apartment!

The apartment is in a great location and only few steps away from Montorgueil street and few blocks away from Les Halles area where Parisian life is so full and active thanks to its numerous restaurants, specialty shops, food markets. The apartment is well equipped with all amenities we needed for a very comfortable stay in Paris and to enjoy the beautiful city. I could not think of any better place to stay for my family vacation and recommend it extremely highly.

What a charming apartment. It makes you feel like you're living as Parisians have done since Hausmann, with modern amenities.

Fantastic apartment- location can't be beat. Metro is 2 minutes away(Sentier). That apartment has everything you would need and we were able to leave our luggage while the apartment was being cleaned after previous renters.(big plus). John and company were so professional and easy to communicate with. We were a party of five and the sleeper sofas were very comfortable. Overall a great experience in a lovely apartment that is in a wonderful location - you could actually stay in the neighborhood for a day or two. Highly recommended

Excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement spacieux et bien aménagé et équipé, idéalement implanté dans le quartier Montorgueil, à proximité de toutes les commodités et de plein d'attractions touristiques à pied. Juste un petit bémol pour l'insonorisation (on profite bien des éboueurs et autres ...) et pour la propreté de certains éléments (coussins, rideaux, hotte, etc.) mais ce n'est pas bien grave.

Our family of 5 had a fantastic stay, the apartment had everything we needed, was decorated beautifully and was in the heart of Paris. We would definitely stay here again. It was noisy on Saturday night but the other elements of the apartment outshone one evening of noise.

The flat was very clean, safe and in a great neighborhood. This was our first trip to Paris so we were quite excited that the pictures on line were representative to real life. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience in Paris. We will be back again for sure and would stay in this great flat again and again.

We enjoyed our stay. Up to date appliances and nice bed in master. Great location and secure building. Good size for 4-5 people. Great to have windows in each room out to street. No real problems except heaters make noise.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was great and had everything that we needed as a family of five. We felt like we were staying at a friends place. The location was lovely. It was a little noisy at times but that was really part of the ambiance.

Very well planned, nicely renovated apartment in a historic building. The location in the Montorgeuil district is very pleasant, with it pedestrian streets, many cafes, restaurants. It may be a bit noisy in the evenings but you cannot have both fun and silence.

Excellent location and apartment! The owner was very helpful on several instances and provided assistance above and beyond what is typical. The neighborhood was vibrant with many choices for cafe's and other stores just around the corner. It is also close the several Metro stops. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Lindsay!

It is spacious, lots of character, big bedroom, good kitchen, very nice living room with a pullout sofa and pullout chair which were both comfortable for sleeping, good Wifi, 2 nice flat screen TVs, blue ray player. The location is great, Montgoreuil, lots to do and easy walk to Louvre and Seine, etc. Innumerable cafes and shops nearby. The street itself is fairly quiet but around the corner are more bustling streets. Great communication with host, immediate response when we arrived. I thought it was excellent all around. Recommend highly.

Our family of 4 loved staying here. It's a great apartment (spacious, charming, and sleeps 4-5 comfortably) in a really good location. The pedestrian area of Montorgueil is very hip, with cute shops, markets and restaurants. And it's within walking distance of the Louvre and other attractions. I highly recommend this apartment.

The apertments location was Excellent and comfortaable, clean summarize was excellent

The only remark I have is the noise from the heater in the bedroom. Otherwise the apartment was like home away from home. Very clean, great and safe location, and quite area. Owner's reply: Thank you for your rating. The heater has been repaired. Thank you.

Agradezco la buena atención recibida. WIFI excelente, buena predisposición. Muy cómodo y situado en un excelente lugar, a metros de una calle hermosa llena de bares y restaurantes típicos de Francia. Trenes y subtes muy cerca en todas las direcciones. Muy cerca de Luvre / Senna como para ir caminando. El único problema que tuvimos que no funcionaba la lavadora.

El departamento era muy bueno, pero habian algunas cosas que no funcionaban bien, por ejemplo el lavamanos del baño.

Muy bonito apartamento, muebles y decoración muy de nuestro gusto, con todo lo necesario, vajilla y cubiertos de lujo, el wifii de primera. Muy limpio y con una excelente ubicación. A dos pasos hay todo lo necesario para comer bien y el ambiente es animado. Me encantó. Muy recomendable.
