The apartment was completely renovated in 2012. All equipment is new. The furnishings are contemporary and functional. Though on the 2nd floor overlooking the courtyard, the apartment is very sunny because all the rooms have windows. The arrangement is very convenient. It has a small entrance with a window, a separate toilet and a full kitchen.

The bathroom is modern with an Italian rain style shower, white tiles and an antique floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with ample cupboard space and with the new appliances.
The apartment has the charm of the parquet floors, molded ceilings, floor tiles in the bathroom and an ornamental fireplace in the living room.
The entire apartment overlooks two interior courtyards. It is very quiet.

The building is pre-Haussmann and easily accessible. There are few residents (one or two per floor) therefore it's very quiet.
It's located in the heart of Paris, about at 10 to 15 minute walk from the Seine. The Louvre, the Pompidou Center and the Notre Dame Cathedral are easily accessible by public transport.
It is located in the pedestrian Montorgueil quarter known for its restaurants, bars, vegetable stands, fish mongers, cheese sellers and wine shops. It's also just down the street from the designer boutiques of the Place des Victoires.

It's located at the intersection of several metro lines (Lines 1, 3 and 4 are less than 5 minutes by foot and lines 8 and 9 are less than 10 minutes by foot). It's just down the street from the Châtelet - Les Halles RER station which takes you directly to the two major airports, Versailes and Disneyland Paris.
