Short-term vacation apartment rentals at affordable rates!

Location was terrific. The apartment was very well laid out. Only problem was the toilet kept running - we had to fix the flushing mechanism often.

A great apartment, in a great location. Close to all services and locations. The neighborhood has a great mix of shops and eating options. The apartment is also equipped with facilities to cook as well. The wifi worked. We had an enjoyable stay. This is the second tiowe have in this apartment and would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in Paris.

We have stayed at this apartment a few times in recent years. As usual our stay was great. The apartment is in a great location, quiet and is reasonably well equipped. The checkin was easy and informative, with the apartment well cleaned. A new microwave had been installed since our last visit, which was much appreciated. Also the elevator worked well.

We liked the convenience of being central for everything and the apartment was adequate for our needs.

Appartement donnant sur cour. Très calme. Literie confortable. Aménagement très fonctionnel. Parfait pour 4 adultes. Idéalement situé à 200 m de la place de la Répubique Rien à redire.

Muy bien situado, silencioso y limpio, con el metro y un super de barrio cercano, fente a un parque muy agradable. Haría falta más luz artificial y algunos enseres más como elementos para fregar los platos. De cualquier manera si volvemos a París intentaremos conseguir el mismo apartamento.

Ce serait bien de replacer la porte miroir du placard ! La porte de la salle de bain ne ferme plus très bien Impeccable en dehors de ces détails ! Merci !

This apartment is in a great location, close to metro stations, local markets, etc. It is quiet, clean and the WiFi works well. It has a few minor issues, most of which have mentioned in some of the previous reviews. The toilet seat needs some repair, smell in the microwave, and it would be nice to have a few more kitchen items (like parring knife; left over salt, etc. from previous renters; etc.). Overall a great place to stay.

Très satisfaits (2ème séjour) Il manquait juste un ouvre-bouteille , une pastille de produit lave vaisselle et de quoi frotter le sol. les portes du placard ne coulissent plus très bien !

we liked the apartment very much but the cleaning was rather poorly, especially the kitchen: a lot of things had been moistly put in the cupboard and weren't clean at all. Also the dishwasher didn't work very well, there came a rather unpleasant smell from the micrwave/ oven, nor did the ligths in the bedroom work well. I made a remark about that but nobody did react on it. However the apartment is very comfortable, on a central location.

We loved the location, and so quiet at night. The apartment itself is great. The micro/convection oven was misused and a very unpleasant burnt smell was constant. Also the freezer part of the fridge is one solid block of ice. We tried to buy coffee pellets but could not find the right kind, so bought filters and ground coffee and used the melitta. A note in English, explaining the recycling, and tv would be helpful.

A lovely comfortable and conveniently-located apartment

The apartment was in a good position close to 2 metro stations and directions made it easy to find. The apartment was tastefully decorated and well equipped. My criticism is that although I followed the arrangements for meeting the key holder I was left with no communication from them and had to contact both the owner (who was not initially contactable and then the Agent at Ah Paris. It was over an hour after our initial planned check-in that we were admitted to the apartment. This lead to much stress to us and the cost of several phonecalls. The agent key holder said they had not been contacted by the owner until after our intended arrival and that he had not been to the apartment previous to that night.

Parfait À totalement convenu à nos attentes tant en termes de confort, que de situation géographique. L'horaire de prise en possession de l'appartement à été modifié assez tardivement, ce qui nous mettait à la rue avec nos nombreuses valises pendant deux bonnes heures et après de longues heures de vol. Finalement nous nous en sommes sortis grâce à une gentille voisine La remise des clés s'est très bien passée.
Commentaires du propriétaire : J'avais averti par mél un mois en avance que l'appartement ne serai pas libre avant 12h00.

This is the third time I have stayed at this apartment in the last few years. It is an excellent place to stay in Paris and I plan to use it again during a future visit. It is well located and quiet. The WiFi worked well. The apartment was clean and well equipped.
