Short-term vacation apartment rentals at affordable rates!

I found this apartment to be generally fine, it met all my needs. It was comfortable, reasonably quiet at night (at least in the bedroom, which is away from the main street), and very well-stocked with practical items such as kitchen appliances, linens, and even an interesting "library" of books. The apartment was clean. The only area of concern was the very old hard-wood floor, though I assume that this will eventually be renovated, and it did not present serious problems but I made sure to walk mostly barefoot or in socks on it. The neighbors were cordial and mostly quiet (except for one instance of an upstairs late-night noisy gathering which probably had to do with a late arrival since it ceased after that evening). The neighborhood is one of my favorites in Paris, very diverse, lively but also not too many late-night clubs, and with many services and goods within easy walking distance (laundrymat, groceries, cheese shop, fish market, fresh produce shops, bakeries, pharmacies, book stores, etc.) and also, very near the Gare de l'Est and also the park of la VIllette and Canals with pleasant walkways. Area between Stalingrad and Louis Blanc Metros--convenient transportation.

This is clean, well-equipped and spacious apartment. It is located close to the Stalingrad metro and St. Martin canal. This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment. Both times have been excellent and we had a great stay in Paris!

The apartment is spacious, comfortable (most of the time), and well-equipped. The elevator, albeit small, worked just fine throughout our 3-week stay. The apartment could use a repaint. The only disadvantages are: no TV subscription and the entire building is rather poorly noise-insulated so you could hear your neighbours until late into the night or very early in the morning (and viceversa).

The apartment is spacious, generously equipped (!), everything is properly working, the sheets, linens, towels and kitchen towels are clean and fresh. We liked the styling very much: a nice mixture of old-fashioned and modern. The bed and the sofa-bed are very comfy, not too soft, not too hard. The apartment is on 4th floor, there are windows on all sides, so you can have a nice draft or you can use the ventilator (fan) for efficient cooling. We have been there in the hottest days of the year, and it was ok in the apartment. I had my car in a fee-based underground parking lot, 10 min walk from the apartment. The photos don't show the washing machine and shower curtain in the bathroom, and the nice old-fashioned sideboard and new sofa-bed in the living room.

We found the size of the appartment excellent. Very light and airy. Facilities were great with everything you could need. You feel very secure with outside gates and new front door with double lock. Shower needs a bit of attention but manageable. Stallingrad area very lively but never felt threatened even returning after 11pm. Double glazing super as although street noisy once windows closed it was silence. Very close to metro.

Un bel appartement confortable. A changer les vénétiens de la salle de bains et le rideau de la douche. Les escaliers pour monter à l'étage nécessitent de travaux urgents! J'espérais trouver l'appart plus propre quand je suis arrivée. Malgré ça nous sommes vraiment satisfaits et contents de beaux moments vécus dans cet appart lumineux, spacieux, bien insonorisé et équipé (appareils électroménagers, télé et wi-fi)

Muy bien ubicado. Cerca del Metro para desplazarse cómodamente por todo PARIS. La ducha muy complicada por evitar que el agua desborde la bañera.(error de construcción).El equipamiento muy bueno. Lo recomendaría cómo muy espacioso y cómodo para 4 personas.

We had already found the apartment to be excellent when we stayed there in 2011 and were happy that it was available again. All the facilities were as we remembered them, with excellent kitchen, comfortable bed ( and sofa bed for my sister who accompanied us this time), full bath and also a wide variety of reading material for the rainy days that we encountered. The proximity of the apartment to Stalingrad station and to a variety of shops was also of great benefit. Access via the tiny lift was a very minor inconvenience.

L'état de la cage d'escaliers est pitoyable, mais bon, c'est la faute du syndic et du syndicat des copropriétaires (très vétuste et l'odeur de pisse de chat). Sinon, l'apart est spacieux, bien equipé et insonorisé en ce qui concerne la circulation extérieure mais, le parquet étant ancien et grinçant, on entend de plus les voisins marcher. La salle de bains a besoin d'un coup de fraicheur (peinture décalée, traces d'un dégâts des eaux?). Connexion internet impeccable. Cependant, peut-être faut-il penser à un meilleur agencement du salon? -- pas pratique la toute petite TV peu visible depuis le canapé, la grande table étant entre les 2.

We were generally very pleased with our stay. The apartment is very convenient for family of 4. Sofa bed is large enough. Very close to metro and RER stations, as well as to supermarkets and shops. Only 20 min to city centre. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The only drawback was the creaking floorboards.

el dpto ha estado muy bien. buena calefaccion y agua caliente. la cocina estaba bien equipada.
