Location saisonnière d'appartements à prix abordables !

The apartment is very well presented and is light and airy. The kitchen was well equipped for two people. We found the bed to be very comfortable. We were impressed with the cleanliness and homeliness of the apartment. it really enhanced our visit. The location is excellent for either walking or taking the metro around Paris. It is only a 15 minute walk from the Gare du Nord. The apartment is excellent value for money.

Small, quirky and very Paris. Loved the view from the seats and table at the corner window. Given the limitations of the small area most things worked well. Bit of aproblem finding somewhere to put our bags and clothes in the bedroom. Cooking in the tiny kitchen took some innovative planning but we succeeded. A small shelf, low on the right, needs some work t make it stay in place. Overall we really enjoyed our 5 nights and would love to stay again next time we're in Paris.

Das Appartement ist perfekt, ich habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt. Mir hat es sehr gefallen, daß die Möbel sehr individuell sind, das Bett sehr bequem und mit Blick durch das bodentiefe Fenster kann man das Treiben auf der Straße beobachten. Die Fenster schließen gut, daher ist es ruhig. Alles wichtige gibt es in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft.

Great appartement Everything works fine and the neighborhood is amazing close to metro shops and cafes.

The apartment's layout was a little unusual but functional. The apartment was far too cluttered with personal effects, although the overall effect was that we were living local. The loction wa superb, very close to a Metro station and easy walking distance to Montmartre and the two main railway stations. A large Carrefour supermarket was only 1 block away.

The apartment was beautiful, typically Parisian and very clean. It had everything we could have wanted. The host's friend greeted us and he was really warm and friendly. The location was brilliant; cafes, bakeries and shops all on the doorstep. A nice wine bar on the next street, a vegan burger restaurant and 5 mins walk you're in Montmartre. There was a heatwave when we stayed and if a fan could have been provided that would have helped I think. It's difficult to have the windows open at night as the street can be noisy - which, of course, is to be expected in a central appartment. All in all, a charming appartment in a perfect location. We would definitely stay here again.

Un Coin vraiment joli et agreable. On a passe une semaine de reve dans Cette ville superbe. On a aussi apprecie la musique qui provenait du conservatoire pres de l appartement.

Lovely place, great location. The bed was very comfortable and the shower worked very well, but lots of hot water :-) The kitchen was very basic though, and could really do with some new pans! We liked the personal character of the apartment but we felt a bit uncomfortable about all the personal items from the owner (?) lying about, such as photos and administrative documents.

I really like this apartment. Very close to the subway station, travel is very convenient. It takes only about 15 minutes to walk to the shopping mall. The apartment is very beautiful and clean, and the equipment is complete. Every day I return to the apartment feels like I am back home, very comfortable. I am very happy to meet this apartment during my trip. I hope to stay in the apartment next time I come to Paris.

Quirky apartment in a super location. Very French (with a separate and sometimes cold toilet room....). Super friendly owner who was very easy to deal with and informative. We did not use the kitchen at all except for the refrigerator. The corkscrew is still workable, but is about to break.... There is a learning curve to figure out how to deal with the lights and the outlets. At least one of the wall switches turns off the outlets in the bedroom, so if you want to charge something at night you have to turn off the little lamps one at a time. It was cold grey wet November, but to my surprise the three small electric heaters mounted on the walls could warm it up perfectly well. Don't know how it would be with a lot of icy wind, though. The bathroom is amazingly large for Paris and has a real bathtub and a big electric towel rack that also heats the room wonderfully. The towels were - as mentioned before - a bit thin, but I think I remember seeing extras in a closet. The bed is of good quality but very very very hard. A thick mattress pad would help greatly. Overall, great location, great value for money, friendly owner.

Well-located, lovely and cozy, but a bit cold at night and the only closet in the house was already full. Great reception by the owner.

We missed a coat hanger, accessible shelves for clothing. Wall lamp with light bulb did not have switch, the one with the switch did not had a light bulb. Light in the WC not working. Shelf in the tiny kitchen unsafe and wobbly. It was however clean, the hot water available all the time. Good location, good access to underground and bus communication although very noisy till 2am, starting at 5am. Friendly reception by the owner!

The apartment was in a good location, close to the Metro and well positioned for all places to visit. It was clean and cosy and just the right size for two people. It was presented as in the site and it was nice to be greeted in person.

Beautifully located apartment in the heart of the 9th. Value for money is good. However, towels and sheets were old and pilled.

Apartamento muy bien situado. Cómodo, aunque echamos de menos un sitio donde dejar nuestras ropas fuera de la maleta y las toallas eran un poco viejas. No pusieron pega a dejar libre el apartamento hasta la tarde el ultimo día, con lo que aprovechamos al máximo las ultimas horas en Paris. Lugar para repetir sin duda.

Gemütliche kleine Wohnung mitten in Paris. Beste Lage, fast alles zu Füß zu erreichen. U-Bahn fast vor der Tür. Geschäfte und Restaurants in Hülle und Fülle. Sehr freundliche und nette Vermieterin. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Charming and clean apartment in very central location with superb choice of restaurants,take-aways and supermarkets. Good value for money. Despite the second floor location on a side street, some street noise could be heard particularly from speeding motorbikes as the side street is used for shortcuts. Very friendly, kind and helpful owner.

Cute apartment in convenient location but slightly tired looking.

The apartment was very comfortable, with excellent space for 2 people and well equipped with extra sheets and towels. The WiFi was superb - something we can only dream of here in Oz. The position was excellent; very close to metro and buses, a supermarket half a block away, with plenty of restaurants, bistros, take-aways and boulangeries close by. The kitchen was well fitted out with fridge, microwave and cooktop (it would benefit though from some new crockery and glasses). We had a great stay and would return there without hesitation.

Beautifully located apartment in the heart of the 9th arrondissement. Value for money is excellent. Everything you need is close by, the restaurant "Les Saisons" in 52 Rue Lamartine was a true serendipity.

O Flat da Rue Mayran foi uma ótima escolha tanto pela localização como pelo apartamento que era amplo, confortável e limpo. É evidente que o flat é cuidado por alguém com muito carinho. A única coisa que falta é o WIFI que nos foi comunicado que será instalado logo. Numa próxima oportunidade pensamos em retornar a este flat. This apartment was the perfect choice, both for the location and the ample size. It was comfortable and clean. It was evident that the owner treated it with pride and care. The only flaw was that the WiFi was not working, but we were informed that it would be installed soon. The next time we are able to visit Paris this will be our first choice.

En tout point très agréable . Pour un séjour de plus de 3 nuits , cependant , une machine à laver serait souhaitable : le branchement est déjà fait .

Apartment was adequate but no more. Towels (2 provided for 4 nights) were old and pilled. Location was a nice neighborhood, close to metreo.

Apartamento muy céntrico y cercano a estaciones de metro y también a pie de los lugares turísticos de la ciudad. Cómodo y acogedor, el dueño nos dio todo tipo de facilidades, ya que nuestro avión se retrasó y él esperó amablemente. Tampoco nos puso ningún inconveniente en dejar el apartamento a la hora que nos viniese bien, con lo cual pudimos aprovechar un poco más la mañana en nuestro último día A mejorar: instalar wifi en el apartamento

Bien situé, Confortable. L'accès a internet (Wifi) serait appréciable. Eventuellement une petite TV.

Nice and lovely apartment, with all the necessary for having a good time for staying when visiting the city. Well placed and exactly as presented in the site.
