This one bedroom apartment is located in the heart of the historic left bank, a five minute walk from the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens, and a short walk from Saint Germain des Pres, Saint Sulpice, the Latin Quarter and the river Seine. The neighborhood is full of excellent café's and restaurants, boutique shopping, as well as Paris' oldest, most chic department store, The Bon Marche. Within a one-block radius are major metro lines and bus stops with direct service to Montmartre, the Louvre, Notre Dame cathedral, the Eiffel Tower and the Marais.

The apartment was entirely renovated in 2008, and is furnished in a comfortable, contemporary style. Large windows in every room overlook a lovely, tree-lined inner courtyard, making the apartment a bright and quiet oasis in the heart of busy Paris. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a high-quality pullout couch in the living room sleeps two. Accompanying the couch is a large cube or 'pouf' that during the day serves as a table or additional seating, and at night opens to a comfortable futon.
