The best feature of this apartment was the location; it was a lovely area and very convenient to get the Metro to all the places we needed to go. the host was very pleasant and helpful. We didn't spend much time in the apartment during the day, it was a base for us to organise ourselves and sleep, the beds were very comfortable and it was pretty quiet for the middle of the city. The apartment is very warm and there was always hot water when we needed it.

Era tal y como lo habíamos visto en el anuncio. El único pero era que pensábamos que la ventana daba a la calle y sin embargo era a un patio interior. En realidad, no nos ha importado, porque no estábamos en el apartamento en todo el día y a la hora de dormir era bastante silencioso gracias a dicho patio. La ubicación era estupenda y Genevieve fue muy amable.

Great location - a bit smaller than we thought. 4 adults is a bit of a squeeze.Genevieve rang a couple of times and was very helpful.

Well equipped, in a very good place and neighberhood. Landlord is a great strong point. She is very helpful, nice and careful for all details.

It was exactly as described: Cozy and well situated in the Marais. My family and I had a great time in Paris in part because of the great location.

The 4 flight of stairs are a workout but other then that it was wonderful! Location is perfect for first time Paris tourists. I felt very safe, excellent food right around the corner, both in restaurants and grocers, lots of shopping in the neighborhood and the location so convenient to everything.

Tiny and tidy flat right in the middle fo the city. We were a family of 4, who just need a base to sleep in the Marais: one of the best quarters of Paris(we didn't want to cook inside, so we did'nt use any kitchen items). We felt as we aere part of the city

The apartment is great. The only thing I'd suggest to change is the shower is quite slippery. The location is excellent, very safe and close to shopping area.

L'appartement était relativement conforme à ce que nous attendions. Les couchages étaient bons et confortables, même sur la banquette lit. An niveau cuisine, penser à rajouter quelques petites cuillers. Le lieu était calme et donc parfait pour le sommeil. La situation de l'appartement est idéale pour accéder à plein de sites Parisiens. Le quartier du Marais est de plus très vivant et sympathique . Notre hôte Genevieve est très accueillante et donne de bons conseils de visites et d'éléments pratiques, resto, marchés, promenades etc ... Globalement très positif. A conseiller...

Came for a long weekend in Paris with 3 friends - and the location could not have been better. The apartment is very centrally located -walking distance to many bars&restaurants. The apartment was nice at comfortable!

El apartamento tiene una excelente ubicación, sin embargo hay algo que no me gusto y fue el aseo del apartamento, el cual recomiendo que se mejore. Las toallas y cobijas no tienen un buen olor, lo cual da una impresión de suciedad.

The apartment is very nice, warm and welcoming, clean, functional and cozy, clean linen, microwave hoven, washing machine and fridge, everything perfect. It is ideally located in the center of Paris, convenient for those who want to get around on foot or by public transport. Romantic the loft with the bed located on the mezzanine, under the roof, our two daughters, after a day out visiting this beautiful city, fell asleep watching at the sky of Paris through the window in the roof, just above their bed ... All perfect.

There are a few slightly minor points regarding the appartement(4th floor,space around toilet,staircase...)but the appartement is what it is:equipped,room enough,not too noisy...and outstanding for its location; And let's not forget Geneviève,the very friendly hospita. So all together for us a 4,5 on 5

Appartamento in posizione ottimale, sia per le caratteristiche della zona sia per i servizi. Genevieve è stata veramente molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha dato molti suggerimenti utili per vivere al meglio il quartiere che, peraltro, è già molto piacevole di per sé.

Perfetta ubicazione! Zona ben servita con bei locali e negozi. Appartamento ben equipaggiato e confortevole, molto romantica la mansardina con finestra sul cielo! Eccellente accoglienza e assistenza della proprietaria. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful time in Paris. Location is nice near to Place Georges-Pompidou, tidy and well managed apartment. The Apartment's owner Geneviève was best host ever! We had dinner where she recommended, it was really nice! Room is a little bit small but it has its own charm :) But you must consider that room is in 4th floor with no elevators.

Cute apartment in a nice location. Genevieve was lovely and super kind and helpful. The bathroom was a bit of a squeeze for space but nothing majorly terrible.

The apartment was perfect for our stay. Location was to the Metro (an easy 10 minute walk) allowed us to do to all we wanted to do. Location on the 5th floor (4 flights of stairs) was easily manageable. It was quiet and we felt secure. The owner was very gracious, and gave us wonderful information of local markets and cafes. We would recommend it and would stay again

Esta muy bien ubicado, en un área con mucha vida nocturna, la dueña del mismo es muy amable y siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudar y solucionar problemas, está cerca de los autos de interés, el wifi funciona muy bien. El único problema es subir con las maletas hAsta el cuarto piso, pero una vez hecho eso está perfecto.

Although the apartment is compact it was absolutely perfect for our stay. Clean and comfy able in an excellent location with lots of lovely bars cafes and restaurants close by. The owner was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. we will certainly return!

Good location, within walking distance of Louvre etc. Close to Metro so easy to get about the city. Apartment is simply furnished. Love the upstairs bedroom. Toilet is in a tight area. Genevieve is great, very helpful.

Excellent landlord. She is one of the nicest and accommodating landlord I met. She made our stay really pleasant. I would definitely recommend her. She met us at the train station and even help us with the luggage which I'm really embarrassed. The apartment was clean and complete. If you don't mind walking the stairs I say it is a great value for what your getting. Location is excellent with grocery just around the corner. Lots of shops around. Lots of bars and restaurants too. You can also call on the owner if you need help or advice. Why can't french people be more like her? ?

Lindo departamento en excelente zona. Muy completo e iluminado. No lo recomiendo para personas mayores (4 pisos por escalera!) Muy buena la atención de Genevieve y muy buena señal de wifi. Lo volvería a rentar!

Apartment is on the fourth floor. The stairs are after a day of walking a bit heavy :) Appartment is cosy and clean and has a good shower. The street is quiet, although your in the middle of le Marais. The hostes is very friendly, open and helpful.

The apartment was clean and organized when I arrived. Very good! The location near metro station and shops around very nice. There are many steps in stairs can be problem some times for someone, not to me!

It was very great to use metro and walk along Paris. Bus metro mart and cafe We felt like Parisian. And there is fast free wifi everywhere. And Attic is good to sleep. It's very helpful to use the washing machine.

Belle situation dans le Marais. Appartement dans une vieille maison, aménagé avec goût et originalité; très tranquille (bien sûr une vue plus dégagée aurait appréciée) Plein d'ingéniosité, espace utilisé au maximum..y compris pour les WC qui sont très ouverts sur l'espace commun.

There was super safety until midnight. And many stores ans restaurants is located nearby home. Everything was good except for no elevator, many stairs, no toilet door(It's most important thing of others). Because there was no toiler doos, you need to open the window when you're using the toilet... If you don't care about thease, the apartment will be good to you!

My stay at Paris was amazing, the location is super convenient and just 5 mins walk from Metro. Apartment is clean and big. Kitchen with fully equipped, it's very important as there are much restaurant around.

Great place! We loved everything. Location is perfect. Everything you need is nearby: sightseeing (e.g. Norte-Dame and Centre Pompidou is in approx 1 km), cafes, restaurants, parks, shops...). Everything is in walking distance. Metro station is also nearby. It was also great and safe just to go for a walk. The apartment is very nice! Furniture is not new but very stylish. You feel like a real parisien :). There is everything needed in the apartment. Owner of the apartment is great, very-very nice and helpful!

Four adults for three days in this small but cozy appartment. Nice mezzanine with double-bed, a sofa-bed in living room large enough for two. A kitchen is very well equiped for small cooking. A bathroom and a toilet are tight but fully functional. A fast internet and a phone. There is even parking at 7 Rue Barbette for standard Paris price. Excelent location, supermarket, bakery, a lot of restaurants nearby. It is worth staying here for this price. And finally landlord - madam Genevieve - helpfull and friendly and additionally english speaking.

The apartment worked great for us a young couple, but I will not advise it for older guests. The bed in the loft is under a low roof and the stairs without a handrail, so it may be tricky if you are not that mobile. Also, the apartment is on the 4th floor, so if you are not travelling light, luggage can be a problem. Fantastic internet in the apartment! The location is superb in the heart of the Marais district. On Sundays the streets are buzzing with activity with all shops open. Many very good cafes in all around as well as funky bars for an afternoon drink.

El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado y preparado para la estadía. Fue lo que precisamente habíamos contratado. El único problema fue que no se podía usar el baño por las noches debido a que el ruido molestaba a los vecinos.

Aunque el espacio es reducido, tiene todo lo básico para pasar unos días, ya que està muy bien situado, en un barrio tranquilo y encantador. Lo más incómodo es el espacio reducido del baño, y el hecho de que no tenga puerta, sólo cortina, lo cual incomoda un poco.

The apartment was ideal for our 3 party (2 adults and 1 child) short stay. It was very clean and really atmospheric. The location was excellent. Only 5mins walk to Saint Paul Metro - a main route to most tourist attractions and the station to Disneyland. Overall great stay and would stay there again. Also - met the owner, such as charming and welcoming lady.

Très bien placé dans le Maris, dans une rue avec des bars et restaurants sympathiques. Appartement bien agencé dans un beau volume pour une surface au sol réduite, la propriétaire en a tiré un bon parti. La mezzanine est confortable et on ne se sent pas oppressé car il reste un bonne hauteur sous le plafond même en haut. Le principal point d'amélioration serait peut-être d'installer un pare douche plutot qu'un rideau de douche...Mais c'est relativement un détail.

Location of the appartment is great - close to the Metro line, which takes you to the main atractions whithout need for changing the line. The owner is very nice and helpful. The appartment is clean, there is only problem with very noisy toilet flushing.

The location was perfect for walking to Notre Dame, shops in Marais, the Picasso Museum, the Centre Pompidou. Also easy access to the metro. The apartment itself is small, but charming. It worked well for us - parents and two kids. A little small for 4 full sized people, but fine for us.

This apartment is comfortable and in a good location, but it is not a good choice for guests who may have difficulty with stairs. We are an older couple and found the 4 flights of stairs to be somewhat difficult. The access to the loft may also be difficult.

Notre premier séjour à Paris avec nos 2 enfants de 7 et 10 ans. Appartement idéalement situé, quartier animé et en même temps calme (village en plein coeur de ville), proche ligne 1 du métro avec accès aux nombreux sites touristiques. Notre Dame, Centre Pompidou à pied. L'appartement est très agréable et fonctionnel. Nous y étions tellement bien que nous y retournerions sans aucun problème. Les enfants ont adoré le lit en mezzanine. Seul bémol, comme indiqué dans un précédent commentaire, les toilettes ne sont pas très bien isolées du reste de l'appartement et nécessitent un minimum d'intimité pour ses occupants. Pour nous cela n'a pas été un problème...! Quant aux 4 étages sans ascenseur, au vu des excursions en journée, ils n'étaient montés et descendus qu'une fois par jour ! Vraiment un appartement au coeur de Paris très confortable ! Et la propriétaire, Geneviève, très accueillante et accessible.

The studio was perfect for us, very cozy, we were 4 friends..if you are 3 or 2 its even better(super confortable) the double bed room was lovely and very luminous! Everything worked as it should, we didn't have any problem. Having washing machine was great! Genevieve was also very helpful and kind, shes cool, sincere and always willing to help! We didn't want to go.. hope to come back again sometime

A nice appartment very quiet and in a intersting part of town et le reste je le fais en français car je n'ai pas beaucoup de temps. les commerces et les théatres sont très proches - il est très calme, situé dans une petite rue et donne sur une cour intérieure, calme et assez lumineux. - il est bien équipé et spacieux - la propriétaire est très très sympa et super accueillante pas de négatifs: peut-être juste monter les 4 étages mais finalement c'est bon pour la santé!!! Bref je le relouerais sans aucune réserve

The apartment was the perfect size (except there is no door for the bathroom and it is a very tight squeeze in there). Location was great for us and we found a few places where we loved to eat. If you are looking to stay in the "heart" of it all, this wouldn't be the place as taxis weren't familiar with the road and transportation is very slim in the area. Most sites or "must sees" were very far away and the maps are deceiving. BUT we truly enjoyed the apartment when we were there. Genevieve was fantastic and helpful when we arrived. Very pleasant and kind.

Nous avons loué pour la première fois cet appartement sur Ah Paris. Points positifs: - l'appartement est très très bien situé en plein coeur du Marais et à proximité de tout les lieux d'intérêts de Paris - les commerces sont très proches - il est très calme, situé dans une petite rue et donne sur une cours intérieur. - il est bien équipé et spacieux - la propriétaire est très très sympa et super accueillante Points négatifs: - aucun si ce n'est prévoir un ou deux torchons et un plateau. Ce sont des petits trucs sympas qui simplifie bien le séjour mais sinon vraiment RAS Bref je le relouerais sans aucune réserve !

Appartement très bien situé calme et lumineux.Très bien pour 2 personnes. La propriétaire est très sympa. Quand nous sommes arrivés, la TV était en panne, dès le lendemain, elle a été en acheter une autre. Vraiment au petit soin pour ses locataires . On a passé un super séjour. Nous y reviendrons.

Excelente ubicación, cerca del metro, supermercado y en uno de los sectores más lindo de París. El apartamento, muy cómodo y equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Debo destacar la gentileza, amabilidad y recepción de Genevieve, la dueña de apartamento, quien nos indico todo y nos dio todas las facilidades, para ser más ameno nuestro viaje. Sin duda recomiendo el apartamento.

Muy bien ubicado, linda zona, todo funcionaba ok, es bastante completo y comodo. Wifi funciona excelente. El inodoro es muy ruidoso, pero funciona ok. 4 pisos x escalera!! Un poco incomodo con las valijas. Genevieve muy amable y simpatica.

Apartment is located in a great area. Cafes, bars & restaurants all just a short walk away. The area itself is down a nice quite street with cute botquies surrounding it, maximum 10 minutes walk (includes browsing) to get into central or you can catch the metro (walking is nicer). I stayed with my boyfriend mum and sister, apartment can fit 4 and was perfect for the time we stayed as it was only for 3 nights and we were out sight seeing most days only back to sleep. Is ideal for 2 people but if your on a budget this is the place to stay! Only downfall was all dishes that had been washed were greasy, not a big deal but had to re-wash them all to cook. Overall, 4.5 out of 5. Location and cost perfect for people travelling on a budget! Thanks :)
