I found the apartment to be most comfortable and clean. The bed was excellent and I slept quite well. WiFi excellent. The building and the neighborhood were relatively quiet in the evenings. There was the problem with scaffolding being up throughout my stay, but since I was away almost completely every day, it was not bothersome. And I'm sure the facade will be beautiful to see when I return. The washing machine was a real plus for me. Excellent location for access to the metro, Seine, and Île de la Cité and the Île Saint-Louis, Musee Picasso, Pompidou, etc. I intend to return to Paris next Fall, and will stay here if at all possible. Very nice to meet Marissa. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends.

Location and facilities excellent. Spacious enough for 3 adults. Soundproofing was excellent and outside noise was not a problem as we opened windows at times that suited us. Perhaps in summer the windows might need to be opened at night. Atmosphere was very dry so washing dried overnight. Felt very safe despite all the outside activity.

I loved the location. Le Marais is very interesting and it's so easy to get to other points of interest, especially on foot.It is noisy at night, mainly because of a bar next door. The double glazing helps, as do earplugs! Darker curtains would help to block out the glow from the street lights, which can add to the difficulty of sleeping. It felt very safe to be walking around at night on my own. The apartment is very cleverly designed to make good use of a small space, though some of the furniture (sofa bed and dining chairs) is too big for the space. It would be very squeezy for more than two people, even small one but for one or two it is great.

We loved staying at Apt 321. The location was ideal with cool shops and restaurants. It was less than 20 Euros from the train station via taxi. We needed to purchase an electrical adaptor (USA). the washing machine is great, but there is a drying rack-not a dryer. To be fair...there is laundry facility only a block away. Overall a very pleasant stay in Paris.

Very nice location, excellent for sightseeing. Very good noise insulation (that is very necessary - dustbin pickup!). We enjoyed our stay very much. Equipement is all new and of high standard,

This exceeded our expectations on many levels. Having lived in Paris in the past I was well aware that living spaces can be very small. This apartment isn't spacious but it very ingeniously designed and accommodates everything you could need on vacation in Paris. It was also spotlessly clean upon arrival. Excellent wifi. We were a party of two adults and two children (7 & 10) and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and the location. Le Marais is vibrant and wonderfully central and definitely added to our overall experience in Paris. The only downside was that the noise from the street meant we needed to shut the windows at night. They were exceptionally well glazed and shut out all the noise but if it had been exceptionally warm outside the fan might not have been enough. This is a minor point however and we were not at all bothered by it. Overall - I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

the location of the apartment is superb for our needs. it was good that the apartment had the amenities we wanted, small kitchen, wifi, washing machine. only negative comment is that some of the furniture is too big for the space. for example the glass coffee is too big, takes up too much room, and is not necessary. also the dinning table would be better if it had pop up side to make it bigger or smaller. the dinning chairs are too big. One last item, the cane chair is also takes up too much room. we managed to get around these large furniture items but would have been better without them. kitchen equipment was good, linen cupboard and hanging space is excellent. remote control stopped working, found batteries in the draw but they were old, so we bought new ones. building had good security. and loved the large windows which provided so much light to the room.

La ubicacion es excelente cerca de la estacion hotel de ville se accede a todos lados, hasta caminado se llega con tranquilidad a todos lados. El departamento es comodo y tiene todo para pasarlo como en casa.

Excellent location: convenient and safe and interesting Warm apartment : great for cold wintry nights. Good condition: all basic amenities provided and in good working condition. Apartment is great for couple, a bit of a squeeze for four (3 adults and 1 teenager) but doable!! As it was located above a bar, it does get quite noisy at night but with the windows closed, we could mute out most of the noise.

Très bonnes prestations, j'y retournerai volontiers.

Nous avons été très satisfaits de l'appartement. La situtation géographique est parfaite, la description qui en était faite était honnête et représentative de la réalité. Le décor est particulièrement réussi. Les appareils ainsi que tout le nécessaire pour un séjour de plusieurs nuits étaient suffisant et au-dela de nos attentes. Le bruit extérieur est en effet assez intense en fin de soirée et la nuit, par contre la fermeture des fenêtres assure une insonorisation étonnante. La température monte cependant rapidement à l'intérieur. Il faut choisir entre le bruit et l'air frais.

Arrived apt had not been cleaned not a problem. Relaxed after 13 hr flight with a couple of wines and then back to a neat & clean apt. Enjoyed the area and seeing parts of Paris not seen before.

I would suggest install air condition or better comfort. Great location and within walking distance to all major tourist sights and metro. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped

FANTASTIC!! It was so nice to be met by a very friendly, helpful and charming young man who SPOKE ENGLISH! the area is colourful and interesting. Even though it is above a very busy bar...we heard very little because the apartment is sound proofed. Its only noisy if you leave the windows open. But hey its Paris and the vibe is wonderful. Access to lots of tourist destinations was easy once we got our head around the usual difficulties such as language. The most divine Patisserie is just a block away. The apartment is tiny but has everything you need. Two adults and 2 ten year olds squeezed in. It didn't matter because we were out all day. Lots of Vintage shops were at our door. Men's boutiques with lots of hip fashion. Best of all was the free wifi. A huge contrast to our week spent in London. There was no good will at all with the owner of that apartment that we stayed in. Thankyou Ah Paris for a fantastic experience and a BIG Thankyou to our meet and greet young man.
