Location saisonnière d'appartements à prix abordables !

Perfect location in charming Rue Mouffetard. For 2 persons also perfect with the two seperate beds. The fridge was dirty, and the apartment was a bit worn, espesially the sofa. But we really enjoy the Place, it was in walking distance for everything we wanted to do.

Die Übernahme des Appartements hat problemlos und unkompliziert funktioniert. Leider liess die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, es wurde seit längerem nicht mehr wirklich sauber gemacht. Die Möbel sind abgewohnt, Kühlschrank ist so schmuddelig, da würde ich nie Lebensmittel einlagern. Die Lage ist sehr gut in einem lebhaften Quartier, Metro in der Nähe. Abgabe der Wohnung ebenfalls problemlos und unkompliziert.

Very nice apartment with a good location in the middle go Latin Quarter.. We stayed 4 persons and it was fine. Market, bars and restaurants right outside, but the apartment was quiet. Parking near by. Would be glad to come back

l'appartement est très bien situé, le quartier est très vivant et très animé, proche des stations de métro. Seul point négatif l'appartement était assez sombre nous n'avons pas réussi à ouvrir les volets d'une fenêtre de la cuisine et le ménage laissait à désirer(cheveux, pussière...)

Muy cómodo, bien ubicado

La zona es perfecta para moverse por Paris, la calle Mouffetard está llena de vida y el apartamento es muy completo, pero necesita una limpieza a fondo.

A superb location for visiting the city. Very Nice street with a lot of nice little shops, pubs, restaurants and terrasses. Good atmosfere. Nice appartment for the whole family, 2 adults and 2 girls. Everything we need was available, including a laundrymachine and dishwasser. Nice and cosy loft. 1 little negative point: Some noise in the morning from the shops in the morning. But who cares, you have be up early in the morning to de al the good things in town.

Location is great, there are lot of restaurants, bars, shops in the street, but the apartment is very quiet since it is in the backyard. Apartment is very nice and cosy(you will find some dust over and there, but the important things - the kitchen, bathroom were clean). The owner was great, we were able to check in early and to leave the apartment at 3 PM, which is not usual for Paris at all. There are spiral staircases to the loft which are very narrow but for two of us that haven`t been a problem. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Très bien situé en dehors des zones touristiques, avec des petits commerçants très sympathiques. Très chaleureux et paisible. Très bien équipé : cuisine, lave-vaisselle, laveuse-sécheuse, etc. Propriétaire TRÈS sympathique et bel accueil. Les seules réserves sont : lit peu confortable, un lit double serait souhaitable (à la place des deux lits simples), literie pourrait être améliorée (qualité), le sofa nécessiterait un nettoyage en profondeur, le foyer ne fonctionnait pas. Il aurait été souhaitable que les "utilitaires" soient inclus dans l'appartement, i.e.: savon linge, savon vaisselle, papier de toilette, mouchoir.

We had a lovely stay at your apartement in Paris. We did'nt miss anything. Comfortable beds, clean quiet and A wonderful neighbourhood. We would love to comeback back...

The Flat is situated in a lively area with many restaurants and shops. It is situated in a courtyard, at the time of our stay they had a construction site there and a scaffold just in front of the two windows of the flat. We couldn't open the windows during our stay, that was very unpleasant. We tried the first day and the workers shut them ;-( Moreover because of the construction it was very loud very early in the morning. This was on April 14. We also were not very happy with the cleaning situation, we found dust and spiderwebs in the corners. Towels and bedsheets were smelling, we didn't have the feeling they were fresh and clean. Moreover, we couldn't use the hand shower but just the head one. I would also recommend to walk the spiral staircases carefully, my husband got hurt one night. At the end we stayed in the flat just during the night, we were lucky with the weather and could stay outside the most part of the day. I am sure the construction situation will be finished soon. I would also improve the cleaning.

Apartment was nice and there was everything what we needed.Location -perfect for visiting Paris. Owner ...didn`t pick up the phone when we had a problem :-( And didn`t call us back...

This is a charming French appartment with a truly excellent location in the middle of the Latin Quarter. I stayed there with my daughter and we liked the fact that there were 2 separate beds. Space might get tight with 4 persons and due to the open loft, there wouldn't be any privacy for those sleeping on the sofa. The rue Mouffetard has so many shops and restaurants and is near 2 metro stations. The appartment is great, a bit dark and also slightly damp, perhaps due to the location on the first floor of a court yard. It states that there are a washer and a dryer, we only saw the first, don't think there is a dryer, as evident by the still damp towels drying in the hallway closet. I have to agree with earlier reviews that some nicer towels would be great, and also that the place needs a thorough cleaning. The spiral staircase to the loft is rather narrow and is a bit difficult to navigate, but we did fine with it. It would be great if there were some instructions on the use of the towel warmer, and the TV and some other appliances. In summary, a great place with an even greater location.

The place was filthy. It obviously had not been cleaned in many months and there was thick dust on many horizontal surfaces. The stove and microwave were filthy inside, as was the fridge. The sofa bed was covered in cement dust from the walls and the towels were threadbare. The inside door mat was covered in dog hair. The bathroom was also dirty. The cupboards contained old food from a previous occupant. The washing machine contained a black sludgey material that made clothes dirty. The pillows were filthy and the the sheets were old and smelly. The location was great, but we would have been wiser to stay somewhere better further away and take the metro instead. Best avoided.
