Short-term vacation apartment rentals at affordable rates!

The apartment is located in the centre of Paris, at a few steps from Le Louvre Museum, Pompidou Center, Saint-Germain district, Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Seine River, etc. (from 5 to 20 minutes walking distance). The apartment is served by Châtelet-Les Halles station, Louvres-Rivoli station and Pont Neuf station, crossed by metro lines 1, 4, 7, 11 and 14, suburbs trains (RER A, B and D), 13 bus lines and several taxis stations. This dense transport network provides a direct access to all airports (Roissy-Charles de Gaulle and Orly) and train stations (Lyon, Nord, Est, Saint Lazare, Montparnasse).

It is a lively area, highly prized by Parisians and tourists, benefiting from shopping malls, theatres, restaurants and bars, right at the bottom of the building. Nights are animated and might be noisy. These disagreements should be limited by keeping windows on street side closed (air conditioning is available to keep the apartment fresh).

The entrance of the apartment is at the 4th floor of the building, the apartment itself at the 5th floor and a private terrace at the 6th floor (roof). No access to the terrace is currently allowed due to on-going works. The interior of the apartment has been fully refurbished mid-2014. No elevator.

The building, built in the end of the 17th century by the King's architect, Jean-Baptiste Prédot, is very luminous, due to in particular to its glass roof, offering a typical view on top of Parisian buildings. Entrance of the apartment gives access to a vast living-room, dining-room and open kitchen, furnished in a modern style. The entire apartment, being used by the owner for its own needs, is fully equipped to offer to guests all the comfort they may expect.
