Una propiedad muy bien ubicada, muy cerca de las atracciones turísticas de París. El apartamento es chico, el techo del baño y de la cocina es muy bajo así como el del entrepiso. Es una buena opción para estar en París por unos pocos días. El sofá cama es un poco incómodo. Los vecinos son ruidosos por la mañana temprano (5-6 AM).

Appartement très agréable et bien situé. Au c?"ur de Paris, idéal pour visiter. Nous recommandons. Point d'amélioration : rideau de douche à changer (il a quelques années) En cas de canicule, ce qui fut notre cas, un ventilateur serait le bienvenue.

L'appartement est idéalement situé. Le canapé lit est très maniable. Dommage qu'il grince au moindre mouvement. Par contre le restaurant du rdc vide ses verres et autres poubelles au milieu de la nuit dans la petite cour sur laquelle donne l'appartement. Donc les bruits résonnent et nous réveillent malgré notre sommeil lourd. La porte de la salle de bain est sortie de son logement et sans avoir forcé dessus. Nous avons eu une serviette propre avec des traces de fond de teint. Le matelas est très confortable. L'espace est bien utilisé.

It's easy to make appartments wet (after using shower) and hard to make it dry.

Trop petit pour 4 personnes, heureusement qu'on ne passe beaucoup de temps dans l'appartement. Correct pour des personnes dont le confort n'est pas la priorité. Dommage, avec un peu plus de moyen, il pourrait être très bien car idéalement situé. ( literie, sanitaire, propreté).

The appartment in the area of Le Marais is placed in the Center of Paris. No problem to reach all interesting points you want to see in Paris by feet or using the official traffic. The appartment, placed on the 1st floor, is small but convenientand clean and we had place enough to stay there with three persons. All we need we find in the kitchen and bathroom - we propose to install some hooks for the towels. We have slept well, the noise from the bar below we could tolerate. After midnight it was mostly calm. The WiFi system has been good and really quick. We enjoy our days in the flat and if there will be another trip to Paris, I would prefer to be here once more.

The apartment was good and clean with all the amenities available without any hassle. A small problem is the space in kitchen to clean the utensil and to cook. Rest really enjoyed the stay .

Perfect location in Paris, we didn't even mind the noise as everything was so charming. The only a bit annoying noise was in the early morning from restaurant workers on the ground floor throwing empty bottles and making noise. Apartment is clean and very secure, decent shower though small, nice concept, comfy beds and useful fan, great small kitchen, even iron with ironing table. Really nice host Anelisse who explained everything to us and was very kind. We didn't like the fact that we were the ones who had to take down linen, gather towels used and empty and sort garbage - I didn't mind doing it, but I simply think it is something to be done by staff when cleaning, like elsewhere.

There was everything that was needed during our stay. The studio was located in the middle of everything, which is really good. We were very happy about everything.

Big enough for 3 adults who spend most of their time out and about. Comfortable. Well equipped. Secure. Excellent location.

The apartment that we stayed for 3 nights is very clean and small but good enough for my family. It's very close to metro station and the street is very nice and funfull.

The kitchen could do with having a sharp knife for preparing fruit and vegetables and a pair of scissors. Otherwise we had everything we needed.

Pequeño apartamento en una excelente ubicación. Ideal para 2 ó 3 personas. La cocina podría estar mejor equipada, faltan algunos elementos bàsicos, no hay tazas y muy pocos cubiertos.

Small, but really fine! Everything you need is there. We where there with 1 adult and 2 children. Very good location, and indeed, little bit noising, but we sleep very well! WIFI was working good. And Romain was very friendly by arriving and when we leave.

We like this room, it's very convenient to the spots we'd like to visit. It's clean, you can have every thng you want in this room. Worth the price. We enjoy the stay in paris. The owner is nice.

El apartamento es muy pequeño para 4 personas, creo que 3 personas duermen mejor, hace mucho calor por el hacinamiento y las ventanas ni el Ventilador son insuficientes para refrescar el apartamento! Las necesidades basicas estan suplidas!

The apartment is in a fantastic location and was absolutely fine for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 children). Some additional crockery especially mugs would be welcome and as one other reviewer mentioned the absence of toilet paper was inconvenient, it's not something you check until you really need to... Those very small points aside we found the apartment to be comfortable, very well suited to our 3 night stay and didn't experience any noise problems as others have mentioned. We all slept like logs. The electric shutters grant all the privacy you need too.

Perfect location. Walking distance to the Seine, Notre Dame and easily accessible via public transport. Very close to shops, bars, restaurants. Great apartment if you're looking to self-catering to have a more budget holiday with all kitchen equipments, utensils, cups, plates, pans and pots. Toilet paper, washing up liquid, even bin liners were provided. Easily accommodates 3 or 4 people. Safe and secure. Great wifi, unlimited, never disconnected. TV, table and chairs. Some noise downstairs and would benefit from an air-con or fan in the summer. Basically you're at home as soon as you step in.

The location of the apartement is excellent, but it is rather small and not very well equipped when it comes to kitchenware. Quiet and nice location. Close to the metro, stores, restaurants, etc. We were two adults and two kids (8 and 13), which worked fine. Good wifi.

Stunning location, in the heart of Paris, 5 minutes from Notre Dame, surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops, 5 minutes from the Metro. Friendly and cordial.

Excellent location, bars, restaurants, shops [...] all very close. Metro easy to reach in just a few minutes, walking distance to Ile de la cite, Hotel de Ville, Notre Dame. The apartment itself is small, but well-equipped and clean. We felt that it was perfect for 2 people. We had a little problem reaching the staff at first, but they were very friendly and rushed over to open up and clean the apartment for us, great service! We had a very nice stay here!

We were looking for a small studio, which should be perfect for our short stay in Paris. We found it at apt 232. The kitchen was ok, but we hardly used it, for the apartment is surrounded by great restaurants in Quartier Latin and a very tasteful boulangerie nearby. Beds, shower and toilet were comfy (we're not so tall). The sheets were clean. WiFi and TV worked well. The apt is very well located.

Perfect location! Apartment was no smaller than expected, and spacious enough for two adults and two large children. Everything was in working order, and contact person was extremely nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend to others :)

The apartment is very small, a budget option, but has everything you need. Very cold floors, carpet on the floor would not hurt. And very much visible window, one curtain was broken and it caused discomfort. Everything else was made, warm and comfortable. Convenient location, close to restaurants and shops, as well as the metro.

El apartamento nos pareció perfecto. Buena localización, servicio de atención inmejorable, limpio y ordenado.El dueño es muy amable :) Lo único a tener en cuenta es que una de las camas de matrimonio se encuentra en un "segundo piso" y el acceso es por unas escaleras estrechas, con lo cual no lo recomiendo para personas poco ágiles o con movilidad reducida.

Appartement très bien situé en plein centre de Paris. Très bien pour deux personnes ou pour quatre s'il s'agit d'une famille avec deux enfants jeunes. L'appartement demanderait à être rafraîchi notamment la salle de bain. Pas de lumière sur la mezzanine donc il faut descendre pour aller éteindre si l'on veut lire au lit le soir.

Die Lage ist Top (chic, zentral, ruhig). Die Wäsche ist sauber, aber bei Küche und Bad darf man nicht zu empfindlich sein. Relativ eng, am besten geeignet für 4 (schlanke) Freundinnen oder junge Familie. Preis-Leistung passt.

Pequeño para 4 personas. La ubicación es buenísima, pues queda cerca de las principales cosas a visitar. No tiene lavarropas (no entraría en el apartamento) pero cruzando la calle, a media cuadra hay un lavadero.

Small and bit dark apartment. Location is a wonder and price is good. Mind your head, if you are tall! Bathroom is small, but usable. One idea. Sure there are no place in apartment to install washing machine. Maybe you could provide instructions in english on how to use public laundry just over street? That would help out a lot.

el apartamento está bien ubicado, sin embargo, carece de la implementación mínima para una estacia confortable, no tenía suficiente vajilla ni cubiertos para 3 personas, no disponía de horno de micro ondas, habían lámparas que no tenía ampolletas y en general la limpieza era deficiente.

Departamento pequeño, sobre todo para cuatro personas, pero tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. Excelente ubicación.

Tres bien situé, au coeur de plusieurs sites historiques de la ville. Il manque un micro onde et une cafetiere electrique.

The apartment is small, clean, well heated, with a basic kitchen to make coffee or tea, shops nearby to buy bread, fruits, etc. In the evening it is very quiet. Beds are comfortable, bathroom isn't really big, the place suits two people. The best point of this apartment is its location. Walking distance to Paris top museums, the Notre Dame, with Saint Germain area just on the other side of La Seine. The staf were friendly and the communications were very smooth. Thanks!

The location is perfect. The apartment is in good living conditions corresponding to its price. My only concern is that it is too noisy during the night. It is located right above the kitchen of a bar. If you keep any window open (which is inevitable during hot summer) be prepared to endure load noise of cleaning pots, talks and laughter late in the night.

Nous sommes très contents de l'emplacement (rue du roi de Sicile) et de l'état global de l'appartement; il peut y avoir un peu plus d'équipement pour 4. La personne qui nous a reçus (Nabil) s'est montrée attentive à nous accueillir poliment. Donc un avis général positif Par contre il est difficile de savoir quel est notre interlocuteur (plusieurs prénoms dans les messages précédents - plusieurs sites?)

Top marks for location. We are 2 persons so the size of the apartment is OK with us. I think the apartment can really fit only 2Adults and max 1 Child to be reasonably comfortable. Anymore, it will be really crowded. Another bonus point is it is on 1st floor so it is not too much to climb up the stairs especially when you are lugging heavy luggages.Apartment now has blinds installed but they fall short about 1 foot from glass bottom so it doesn't cover all the way. Must be those standard length blinds off the shelves( Ikea? since everything in the apartment is Ikea's).We solve this by sticking those Paris brochures to the window which we remove when leaving. Now come the not so favourable points for the apartment. We find the crockeries ,glasswares/plates etc are not clean. It is either not used by previous tenants( dusty) or not cleaned properly by them. There was only 1 mug and 1 cracked cup( should be thrown away). We ended up buying another mug so we can make hot drinks. There was no toilet paper provided. So for those arriving late at night and shops already closed, Pls take note of this. Another point is that we cannot figure how to operate the TV. We thought it is a simple on/off from the remote but this is not so. So perhaps an instruction is provided how to make the TV going. We would like to suggest that owner invest in a small microwave put on a wall shelf and a real bonus if a portable dishwasher( those half size) is installed. Would we come back? Strong Maybe .... For sure if apartment is upgraded!!

The appartment is small, but convenient and there was enough place for 3 people. The landlord/his colleges were very friendly. And it is very good-located appartment! Only one disadvantage: in the night you can hear music from a pub downstairs.

Tuvimos una muy buena estadia. La ubicacion del departamento es excelente. Si bien es chico puedes moverte con comodidad, a excepcion del baño cuoyo techo es realmente muy bajo. Las camas son confortables y el departamento cuenta con lo necesario para una agradable estadia

Small, but fine/nice (cozy). Well-equipped. Great location. A little bit noisy at night on weekends (from the bar on the ground floor), but nothing problematic. Wifi never did work quite properly--one device could us it, sometimes two, but never three (there were four of us)--needs fixing.
Owner's comment: The internet provider has changed the WiFi box. The system now works.
