El apartamento es muy coqueto, esta limpio, consta de todo lo necesario. El único problema es que debn de vivir estudiantes y al ser fin de semana hicieron mucho ruido. Por lo demás todo fenomenal.

The owner representative, was very helpful. The apartment is OK, localization very good, everything works. The only problem is that is a dark place, you must have lights on all the time and as has no windows, only a door to the external area that must be closed when you are away, so is kind of stuffy.

Es tal cual aparece en las fotos, algo pequeño, en especial el baño, pero agradable si se va a estar de paso. Muy bien ubicado cerca del museo Pompidou y Metro. Puede mejorarse la cama que es bastante baja.

My son and I stayed here from Nov-Dec 2013 and we *loved* this studio apartment. It was excellently well-equipped, toasty-warm and relatively quiet (some tenants in the above floors liked to vacuum at 1am in the morning!). It is a secure and sound place in a lovely, central part of the city. The bathroom/toilet were excellent as well as the cute kitchen. The bed was comfortable and all appliances worked swimmingly. The only criticism concerning the place was the above floor smokers would drop their ash and cigarette butts onto the ground floor which really spoils the lovely courtyard outside the room. Aside from that, we were really sad to leave our home away from home and we hope to return in the near future...

The apartment was quiet and well-situated. The small,outdoor patio area was a welcome extension of a compact but quite adequate indoor space. Good value for the centre of the city. (It now has a microwave)

The studio apartment is quaint and was enough room for my husband and me. The bed linens were nice and new and the bed was comfortable. One of the burners was not working, but since we didn't plan to cook in the apartment much, it was fine for us. Also, the shower head was a hand-held shower head with a mount if you want it stationary. The mount was cracked so the shower head couldn't stay in place. Kind of a hassle. The apartment is convenient and close to some great restaurants. It was nice to be close to the subway station as well. Good price.

El departamento muy cómodo, muy bien calefaccionado, buen funcionamiento de los servicios, especialmente el agua caliente. Muy buena la ubicación, es ideal, en pleno barrio gay (Marais), muchos cafecitos típicos parisinos y negocios para hacer compras y supermercados cerca, la zona es tranquila y bien iluminada de noche, cerca varias de las atracciones de Paris ideal para recorrerlas a pie. La única sugerencia; le hace falta un microondas.
