It has very high ceilings with a mezzanine that acts as a bedroom. There is a second sofa-bed for one on in the living room. The decor is modern with a well equipped kitchen and a WC separated from the bathroom.

The neighborhood is quiet, you're right next to the bustling Marais. There's a large supermarket across the street. There are several excellent bakeries to choose from for your fresh croissants every morning. You'll find dozens of restaurants and bars to fit every appetite within a few minutes walk. You can also walk to the Pompidou Centre, the Arts et Métiers museum, the Hôtel de Ville and Notre Dame.

The République metro station is the intersection of 5 metro lignes that will take you all over Paris, including the Bastille, the Opera, the Galleries Lafayettes, the Champs Elysées and the Eiffel Tower.

A little extra: a bottle of wine is offered at your arrival and the owner will gladly take you on a tour of the neighborhood at your request.
